How do I create an account?

Go to www.doaudiotours.com and click on Create Account, complete the create an account page. Here is a How to Tutorial

What if I have assistants or a team, do they have subscribe? 

Since listings are under the agent’s name, assistants and team  members would sign in under your login. If a team member has listings under their own name, then yes, they would have to create their own account.

Where do I edit my account settings

To set up your account setting click on your profile which is located in the upper right corner of your Dashboard on the New Audio Tour page.

You can edit your account settings, view your subscription and Sign Out.

How do I add my picture and branding?

Under your profile (located in the upper right hand corner) select Account Settings.  In the first section Branding Details unload your photo in Personal Photo.  Upload your Company Logo in Company Logo   Click on Save Changes at the bottom of the page.

Can I update my password?

Yes, under your profile select Account Settings. Scroll down to System Options and Click on Change Password and follow the prompts. Click on Save Changes

Can I redirect my emails to someone else and how? 

Yes, under your profile select Account Settings. Scroll down to System Options and in Lead Recipient Email Address type in the email address of where you want your leads to go.  Click on Save Changes.

Where do I see my subscription plan? 

Under your profile in the upper right corner of your account. Click on name and click on My Subscription.

How do I cancel my plan? 

You may cancel your plan by going into your profile. Click on My  Subscription and select Cancel plan to the right of your plan.
